Visionary Staging starts with a consultation, a walk-through of your house, usually lasting one to two hours. At the end of the consultation you will have the steps clearly laid out with the timetable for the work. The cost of this consultation is $500.
You can follow the guidelines we give you in the consultation and do your own staging, or have us do it for you. Prices for home preparation vary depending upon the size of the house and the scope of the work to be completed.
DE-CLUTTERING without de-charming a house is the task. Just imagine the difference between a house you'd love to live in and a personality-less hotel room. We choose each accessory from your collections and select placement throughout the house to appeal to a variety of buyers tastes.
PACKING: We can box up precious family treasures, protecting them while readying you for the move. We bring everything to professionally pack and store your extra things.
PAINTING: We can touch-up a room, or repaint rooms, reviving a glowing freshness.
AUGMENTS: Some extra things may be needed to supplement your furnishings and, for those times, we maintain a warehouse full of furniture, art and accessories for rent. Costs stay lower because we own our inventory and constantly buy new and antique pieces, so no two houses ever look alike.
GARDENS: We can work with your gardener/landscaper to prepare the outdoor spaces or bring our own landscape professionals.
All work can be done on an hourly rate, or a bid basis for extended work, for ease of budgeting.
